Balcony demolition

When even fresh geraniums can no longer save the old balcony — you know who to call.

With experience from over 3,000 demolished balconies

What happens on-site?

1.

Interior inspection

The first step on site is an interior inspection. Any cracks, damage, or other areas requiring special attention are documented.

2.

Securing the balconies from the outside

The balconies are closed off from the outside for safety reasons, and the doors are kept closed throughout the work.

3.

Dismantling balcony glazing (if applicable)

If the balconies have glass enclosures, they are removed before dismantling the structural components.

4.

Detaching and lifting the balconies

The balconies are detached from the structure either by chipping (with jackhammers) or sawing — the method is chosen based on the construction. The elements are then lifted away.

5.

Protecting the open balcony line

Finally, the open balcony line is carefully secured. At this point, our demolition work is complete, and the site is ready for the next phase of construction.

How does the process work?

1.

Preliminary planning and negotiations

Send us a request for quotation. We review the site and relevant documents (structural drawings, hazardous materials report, etc.), after which we prepare calculations and agree on the detailed scope of work.

2.

Contract and planning

Following successful negotiations and signing the contract, we prepare the demolition work plan and safety plan.

3.

Comprehensive site preparation

Includes a kickoff meeting, safety briefing, and staff induction.

4.

Demolition work and project completion

At this stage, we carry out the demolition, clean the site, and finally sort the materials for recycling.

5.

Reporting and invoicing

We deliver all necessary reports and load tickets to the client and handle invoicing. Once the invoice is settled, the project is officially complete.
