Elevator demolition

We dismantle 120–150 apartment building elevators every year, with consistent expertise and professionalism.

What happens on-site?

1.

Protection of stairwells

Before starting work, stairwells are protected to prevent dust and potential damage from spreading to other parts of the building.

2.

Stopping the elevator and dismantling equipment

The elevator is taken out of service and its mechanical components are dismantled. At the same time, the old elevator doors are removed, and if necessary, temporary doors are installed on each floor to ensure safety.

3.

Construction of fire compartments

Fire safety is ensured by constructing temporary fire-rated enclosures floor by floor during the demolition process. This maintains the building’s fire protection throughout the project.

Contract and planning

Following successful negotiations and signing the contract, we prepare the demolition work plan and safety plan.
