Facade demolition with decades of experience

We specialize in facade demolition and have accumulated decades of experience. To date, we have removed approximately 250,000 square meters of facade surface — equivalent to around 140 ice hockey rinks. When you need a reliable partner for facade demolition, turn to Aluepurkaus.

What happens on-site?

1.

Initial assessment and inspection

The work begins with an internal inspection. Any cracks or structural anomalies are documented prior to demolition to ensure the work is carried out safely and thoroughly.

2.

Site setup and protection

Setting up the site typically takes 1–2 days. During this phase, the site is prepared for smooth and safe progress, and, for example, windows are properly protected.

3.

Chiseling (if required)

If the structure includes concrete or plaster layers, chiseling is carried out before the actual demolition. This phase generally takes about one day.

4.

Facade demolition

The actual facade demolition is carried out efficiently — dismantling a single facade usually takes about one day.

5.

Site cleanup

After demolition, protective coverings are removed, insulation materials are dismantled, and the site is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next stage. This typically takes around two days.

How does the process work?

1.

Preliminary planning and negotiations

Send us a request for quotation. We review the site and relevant documents (structural drawings, hazardous materials report, etc.), after which we prepare calculations and agree on the detailed scope of work.

2.

Contract and planning

Following successful negotiations and signing the contract, we prepare the demolition work plan and safety plan.

3.

Comprehensive site preparation

Includes a kickoff meeting, safety briefing, and staff induction.

4.

Demolition work and project completion

At this stage, we carry out the demolition, clean the site, and finally sort the materials for recycling.

5.

Reporting and invoicing

We deliver all necessary reports and load tickets to the client and handle invoicing. Once the invoice is settled, the project is officially complete.
