On April 5, 2023, ScanWorks Oy and Turun Aluekierrätys Oy agreed on a transaction in which the entire business operations of Helsingin Aluepurkaus Oy were transferred to ScanWorks Oy. The deal was completed as a share acquisition.
Following the acquisition, Helsinki Aluepurkaus will continue its operations under the new name ScanWorks Helsinki Oy.
